Horley Town Centre Vision
Members of the Horley Town Management Group have been working on creating a vision for the Town Centre. Following a full public consultation a Vision Document has been published. Key projects have been identified that need to be delivered to improve the town. The document explains what needs to be done, how and when. The HTMG hopes that everyone will get behind this vision and help the Group to make it work so that the town centre becomes a great place again. The document can be downloaded here.
