Pavement Audit - Calling on individuals interested in highlighting Horley pavements in need of repair for access
Horley Town Council would like to address the longstanding problem of certain pavements in and around Horley Town Centre causing access problems for many mobility users, pushchair users etc due to lack of accessibility and their poor condition.
We wish to form a community group to initially carry out an audit so that we can identify the worst affected footpaths and bring the matter to the attention of the Highways Authority (Surrey County Council) to request that necessary repairs are carried out.
