Success in South and South East in Bloom
We are delighted to announce that Horley Town Council has again won two prestigious awards at this year’s South & South East in Bloom Awards Ceremony, which was held at the Copthorne Effingham Hotel. We were very pleased to receive a Silver Gilt Award for the Town Centre for the seventh year and, for the eigth year running, a Silver Gilt Award was also won for Horley Recreation Ground. The judges said that “overall the Horley Recreation Ground is a nicely presented park with improving facilities for the local community justly retaining its Silver Gilt award".
Chairman & Town Mayor, Cllr Mike George, received the council's awards at the ceremony, and was delighted with Horley’s results.
