Cafe/Pavilion update
Horley Town Council is expecting to engage contractors later in 2017 by way of a public tender to design and build a pavilion/cafe in the Horley Recreation Ground. The Council has already conducted a public survey and will shortly be at a stage to take the project forward to a tender stage for (i) design and build (ii) concessionaire agreement to run the cafe.
