Café in the Park.
The Town Council is evaluating the need for a café in the Horley Recreation Park. It is early days, but an architect has been appointed to conduct a feasibility study, following the requests we received for such a project from parents with toddlers, park users, dog walkers etc. If you have any views on the matter, please let us know what you think - a fuller survey will be conducted once we have further information.
