Horley Town Plan 2013 - 16
The Draft Town Plan 2013-2016, which was approved by Full Council on 9 April was presented to the Town Meeting on 26 April. It now goes out for Public Consultation until 30 June 2013. Comments on the report together with suggestions for future projects are welcome from residents. Copies are available from the Town Council office or may be downloaded from this website. Please contact the Town Clerk for further details.
