Official Unveiling of Horley Town Council’s Office Expansion & Sustainability Project
Horley Town Council is delighted to invite residents and members of the community to the official unveiling of its Council Offices Expansion & Sustainability Project on Friday 18 September 2026.
This major capital project has been made possible through a generous grant awarded by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council under the Strategic CIL SIP 2 Scheme, following a successful funding bid submitted by Horley Town Council.
The official ceremony, including a ribbon-cutting presided over by Chris Coghlan MP, will take place from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
Following the ceremony, the Council Offices will remain open until 7:00pm, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to pop in at a time convenient to them, explore the new extension and see the transformation of the Council’s facilities.
Visitors will also be able to find out more about the environmental and sustainability features incorporated into the project. These improvements have been designed to increase energy efficiency, reduce the building’s environmental impact, and create a more sustainable and accessible facility for the community.
