Invitation to Quote: Website Design, Development and Hosting Services
Horley Town Council is undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a new website provider and invites your organisation to submit a quotation for the provision of website design, development, hosting and maintenance services.
The Council is seeking a comprehensive website solution that meets all statutory requirements for town and parish councils, including full compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards and the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.

The closing date for the submission of quotes is Friday 27 February 2026 at 12:00 noon.
