High Street Public Realm New Phase Starts 16 March
High Street Public Realm Improvements to start construction in February
From 16 March, works will move into the next phase on Horley High Street. The section between Lumley Road and Albert Road will become one-way for traffic travelling west, with no entry from Albert Road.
The junction of High Street and Consort Way East will reopen, and on-street parking will be temporarily suspended.
These changes are expected to be in place for around 4 months while we widen the pavement on the north side of the High Street, adding new paving, planting areas and street furniture.
