Horley Town Council Awards a £500 Grant to Horley Lions Club

Horley Town Council is pleased to announce an award of a £500 grant from the Horley Edmonds Community Fund to the Horley Lions Club. This funding supports the purchase of new speakers for their two Santa Sleighs, which will bring festive cheer to the community over 17 nights, visiting 223 streets in Horley.

This grant is part of the Town Council’s broader initiative to support community projects that benefit Horley residents.

Additionally, every year, a budget is allocated to the Council Grants Scheme to give small grants to local voluntary and charitable groups. These grants further support projects not typically funded by the Council, enhancing opportunities and services for the community
