Horley Town Council Mayor, Cllr Samantha Marshall, joined Reigate and Banstead Borough Council Mayor, Cllr Frank Kelly at the NHS Big Tea on 1st July 2022 to support the SASH Charity as part of the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
