Horley Rec Entrance Redesign Completed
The redesign of Horley Recreation Ground on the A23 is now completed. The entrance has been widened and the pedestrian access has been moved to a safer spot. A new height barrier to protect the cr park has been added. The redesign has been made possible by utilising Community Infrastructure Levy money we receive from building of new housing in Horley. Our community survey last year showed a desire amongst residents for us to spend CIL money on community safety projects of which this is a part.
