Public Footpath Proposal
The Town Council has been in touch with Surrey County Council’s Right of Way Officer in support of a proposal that the footpath leading from Brighton Road to Queens Road via Parkway is formally adopted as a public footpath. A Map Modification Order has been made which means that there will now be a period of at least 42 days when any resident may write to the County Council with their support or objections. The alleged footpath has the reference CP388.
