Phone Boxes
BT has contacted the Town Council stating their intention to remove a payphone box in Cheyne Walk. BT argues that public demand for payphone has decreased 50% in the past 3 years. This particular payphone, BT state, has very low usage and that there is an alternative payphone nearby. Members of the public wishing to comment on this are advised to get in touch with the town Council who will be pleased to pass on any concerns.
