Samantha Marshall is a Town Councillor for the South Ward and is a member of the Conservative Group. She joined Horley Town Council in May 2011.
Samantha has lived in Horley since birth and enjoys Horley's friendliness, a town of a good size but not too big, with plenty of amenities close by. She works in Accounts Payable at East Surrey Hospital. In her spare time, Samantha volunteers at the National Greyhound Centre in Horley with dog walking, short term fostering and fundraising, helping her favourite dogs to find their forever homes.
Samantha thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of being a Town Councillor and is very proud to have served as Chairman of the council and Town Mayor from 2021-2023, following in her father’s footsteps as a past Town Mayor.
