The Annual Town Public Forum will be held at the Edmonds Hall, Horley Town Council Offices, Albert Rooms, 92 Albert Road, Horley RH6 7HZ
on Friday 16 May 2025, starting at 7.00 pm (refreshments available from 6.30 pm)

IN THE CHAIR – The Town Mayor and Chair of Horley Town Council

1 To receive apologies for absence.
2 To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Horley Town Meeting held on Friday 17 May 2024.
3 To present a Town Award to a member of the local community.
4 To receive the Annual Report of the Henry Smith Charity (Horley) for 2024/2025.
5 Horley Churchyards - To receive a report from St Bartholomew’s Church.
6 Horley Edmonds Community Fund (HECF) - To receive an update.
7 To receive the Annual Report of Horley Town Council for 2024/25.
8 To receive the report of the Chair of Horley Town Council for 2024/25.
9 To receive the following reports for 2024/25:
i) Leisure & Amenities Committee
ii) Planning & Development Committee
iii) Finance Lead Member
10 To consider any comments or questions on these reports from those people present.
11 To consider any relevant Town matters, resolutions which must be submitted in writing by Friday, 09 May 2025.
12 Local Government Reorganisation of Surrey and Devolution – To receive an update.
13 Horley in Bloom & Photographic Competitions - To receive an update.
14 To receive a presentation from Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) followed by a Q&A session.
