Enjoy some of the borough's greenspaces, elevate heart rates and grab some fresh air in the park! Run by staff from R&B's Leisure Team, bring some friends or make new friends whilst you're here! Various games...some with prizes! Any fitness levels and any mobility levels are welcome.

Instructions

Suitable clothes for exercise and running. Comfortable trainers. Please bring water. Please ensure your child has a hat and has applied sun screen if the weather is hot and sunny.
