| Description: | Surrey & Sussex Crematorium opened in 1956 and is set in 13 acres of tranquil gardens. We are here to help you with whatever you would like for the funeral service. Our dedicated and caring staff treat every family with dignity and respect. At the service we will be there to help you every step of the way. Our two chapels allow us to cater for both small and large funerals. We have our own organist and also offer facilities to play CDs and tapes. As part of our commitment to caring for local families we offer a service time of 45 minutes, which is longer than many other crematoria. The crematorium also has access for the disabled, disabled toilets and a hearing loop. We can help you arrange the service according to your cultural and religious needs. Our peaceful gardens of remembrance are landscaped to provide families with a tranquil place to remember loved ones. We offer a variety of personalised memorials for you to choose from including roses and private gardens. Our memorial staff can show you around the gardens at any time and help you to make your choice of memorial. Our gardens are open 365 days a year.
